How do I know how to take care of my new plant?

Every plant has their own specific needs. For this reason, your plant will come with a care card to let you know about watering frequency, light amount, and any other pertinent information.

How will my new plant be shipped?

The box that your plant is shipped in will consist of your plant (no way!) in a bag, your container/pot to put the plant in, and a zip-lock bag with your soil. You will also get a plant care card to make sure your new little guy (or gal) is healthy and happy.

How do you practice sustainability/eco-friendliness?

However we can. Every part of our decisions and our processes takes our beautiful planet into consideration. Shipping items are made from recycled products or are shipping materials that we have reused (don’t be surprised if your shipment comes in an Amazon/another company’s box). Anything that can be reused, recycled or is biodegradable is preferred when it comes to sourcing and decision-making. If you have any suggestions, please pass them along! We want to do our part to help the natural world.

What if I want to return something?

Contact us and we’ll figure out your unique situation and let you know what we can do. It will most likely be a matter of sending the product back and getting money back, or we’ll replace the product. Plants have a 30-day return/replace policy. 

Are you in any physical location?

Nope. That’s something we would like to look into for the future, though! :)
